A team of five from Girling Jones once against participated in the Plymouth Half Marathon to raise much needed funds for Children’s Hospice South West.
On a very warm summer’s day the troop set out from the starting block in high spirits, all had been training in anticipation of the race so were very confident and ready to go!
The Girling Jones team all finished the race with some excellent times (all beating their personal target’s!), and more importantly rallying an army of generous sponsors to raise money for a very worthy cause.
The team finished the race and with friends and family around had a much deserved sit down!
Congratulation to the Girling Jones team for finishing the race in fantastic times!
