I am working with a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who are based in Devon to recruit an Electrician to join the team. You will be working in occupied and VOID domestic and commercial properties carrying out repairs and installations. Ideally you will be located in the Exeter or East Devon area and able to travel within a 40 mile radius.
Duties will include:
- Rewiring domestic properties
- Replacing consumer units
- Installations within commercial units
- Installing sockets and lighting
- Remedial works
- Fault finding
- Inspection and testing
You will need:
- NVQ level 3 in electrical installations or equivalent
- 18th Edition wiring regulations
- 2391 inspection & testing – advantageous
- Experience within a similar role
- Clean driving licence or own van
- Own tools
- Good communication skills
