Incredible scenes at this years IRP awards as team GJ scooped their first National Award – CSR practitioners of the year
The awards were judged by an independent panel of sixteen individuals from across different businesses. Girling Jones was commended for our work for the CHSW, our sponsorship of local youth sports teams and our Supergreen Environmental policy.
The IRP awards celebrate professional excellence and the inspirational work carried out by the recruitment industry’s brightest stars. In all, ninety-three outstanding individuals and businesses were shortlisted across eighteen different categories such as newcomer of the year and best company to work for.

To those of you who have made it into the winner’s hall of fame, congratulations! The skill and professionalism shown by our winners are at the heart of our economy – since our tenth anniversary party last year, many politicians have told me that they understand how important recruiters are to the prosperity of the whole UK.”
