Standing on the roof of Fortress Newport (the Girling Jones welsh hub), you’ll find Mark Smith. Armed with only a phone and a Rollodex he’ll be battling away in the current COVID climate, finding his candidates new careers and his clients new staff.
By the end of the day he’ll be battered and bloodied, a few arrows will have stuck in, the walls will be pot marked with cannon fire.
Like many of us at the moment he’ll patch up his wounds and come again the next day. And again. And again.
