The Opportunity
They are looking to attract an experienced “Building Surveyor” to join an existing team in the Taunton office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Specifications
- Contract administration and project management
- Building conditions reports
- Costed Schedules of Works
- Defect diagnosis and advice
- Preparation of dilapidation schedules and schedules of condition
- Party wall awards.
The Ideal Candidate
They are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, as well as:
- Exceptional communication skills
- MRICS with minimum 3 years PQE
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Clean driving licence and own car
