The Opportunity
  
The successful “Chartered Building Surveyor” will join a busy existing team with key responsibilities including:
  

  • Offer expertise and guidance to clients across all facets of Building Consultancy as needed.
  • Develop repair and refurbishment specifications, oversee works on-site, and manage coordination.
  • Provide Project Management and Monitoring services, including the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations.
  • Conduct various surveys such as Pre-acquisition, Exit, and Maintenance Surveys.
  • Draft and negotiate fee proposals, ensuring timely delivery of work in accordance with client expectations.
  • Attend networking events to bolster both personal and company reputation.
  • Cultivate and sustain internal and external client relationships, utilizing networking to identify business development opportunities and foster growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to cross-promote services, thereby supporting clients and enhancing revenue streams.

  • MRICS qualified
  • Proficient in professional engagement with business individuals, providing top-notch client care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, evidenced by successful client and third-party interactions
  • Initiative-driven self-starter with a track record of independent work experience
