The Role
This vacancy is for a skilled Civil Technician, reporting to senior technicians and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the technical team
- Ensuring all work is to a high standard
- Collaborate closely with senior technicians
- Produce detailed civil engineering, utility and ground drainage models, drawings, and sketches
- Use Navisworks to implement accurate clash detection procedures
- Manage deliverables effectively, utilising collaboration platforms (i.e. BIM360)
- Prepare supporting calculations and documentation for Legal Agreement Applications
- Attend training sessions and design meetings as required
Requirements
- HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Experience using software Civil3D and/or Infodrainage software
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple projects
- Demonstrate excellent technical competency
- Confidence managing projects and teams remotely
- Bristol-based or able to commute
