Construction Administrator, South Molton

Rate: £10.50-£13 per hour PAYE freelance rate  

Role: A small construction company based near South Molton are looking for an Administrator to join their team in an office based role. Duties are as follows:  

General Admin

  • Manage and oversee all administrative and operational activities of the company
  • Maintain and organize company records, including financial documents, contracts, and personnel files
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Manage scheduling and communication with clients and vendors
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Assist in the coordination of construction projects and track project progress

 Sales Admin

  • Coordinating with the sales team to ensure all necessary documentation is collected
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates and ensure the timely completion of sales transactions
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales activity
  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising for our housing projects
  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering client inquiries via phone or email, including after sales support.

Individual: Candidate will have a proven track record working in Administrator roles and be fully conversant in Microsoft office. Construction experience would be advantageous but not essential. This is a fulltime role working in a busy but fun office environment.  They will also need to be a car driver due to location offices.
