Construction Administrator, South Molton
Rate: £10.50-£13 per hour PAYE freelance rate
Role: A small construction company based near South Molton are looking for an Administrator to join their team in an office based role. Duties are as follows:
General Admin
- Manage and oversee all administrative and operational activities of the company
- Maintain and organize company records, including financial documents, contracts, and personnel files
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Manage scheduling and communication with clients and vendors
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
- Assist in the coordination of construction projects and track project progress
Sales Admin
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure all necessary documentation is collected
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Communicating with clients to provide updates and ensure the timely completion of sales transactions
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales activity
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising for our housing projects
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering client inquiries via phone or email, including after sales support.
Individual: Candidate will have a proven track record working in Administrator roles and be fully conversant in Microsoft office. Construction experience would be advantageous but not essential. This is a fulltime role working in a busy but fun office environment. They will also need to be a car driver due to location offices.
