Freelance Construction Estimator, Exeter
Rate: £350-£400 a day
Role: Freelance construction Estimator required for a build and refurbishment contractor based in Exeter working on new build industrial and refurbishment projects up to £15m in value. Working alongside a Commercial Manager pricing various projects for repeat clients. This could suit someone on a part-time basis for a minimum of 3 days a week or full time.
Individual: Candidate will be a standalone Estimator and have worked for a main contractor working on new build commercial projects in the past. Candidate will need to know local supply chain and be able to commute to Exeter although flexible working once set-up is allowed.
