I am working with a specialist building and maintenance contractor who are based in Barnstaple to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join the team. You will be working in occupied domestic properties replacing bathrooms and disabled adaptation shower rooms. Ideally you will be based in Barnstaple, Bideford or surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
- Removing old bathroom, WC, basin, bath
- Fitting WC, basin
- Installing low level / level access shower trays
- Tiling
- Fitting acrylic boarding
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Painting
You will need:
- A qualification in plumbing or be timeserved
- Experience in a similar role
- Own transport
- Own tools
- Good communication skills
