Girling Jones are working with a large maintenance contractor who are based in North Devon to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join the planned maintenance team carrying out bathroom & wet room installations.
Duties will include:
- Rip out old bathrooms
- Plumb in sanitary ware, pipework
- Install low level / level access shower trays
- Boxing in pipes, skirting, windowsills
- Plastering to make walls good
- Tiling
- Painting
You will need:
- Plumbing qualifications (NVQ 2/3 or time served)
- Experience fitting wet rooms
- Asbestos awareness
- Own transport
- Good communication skills as will be working in occupied properties
In return
- £31,000 per annum
- Company van & fuel card & tools
- 39 hour working week Monday to Friday
