I am working with a specialist building and maintenance contractor who are based in Devon to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join the team. You will be working in occupied domestic properties replacing bathrooms and disabled adaptation shower rooms. Ideally you will be based in Plymouth, Paignton, Saltash or surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
- Ripping out old bathroom, WC, basin, bath
- Replacing WC, basin, bath
- Installing low level / level access shower trays
- Tiling
- Fitting acrylic boarding
- Flooring
- Painting
You will need:
- A qualification in plumbing or to be timeserved
- Experience in a similar role
- Clean driving licence or own van
- Own tools
- Good communication skills
