An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to manage Civils & MEICA schemes on behalf of SWW. Projects will include;
- Storage Tanks
- Below ground shafts
- Phosphorus removal
- Storm storage
- Pumping stations
- Incidental civils
This business is established, embedded into water and utility projects in the South West, and can offer this Operations Manager with genuine opportunities to develop skills and expose you to technically challenging and advancing schemes. The Operations Manager position offers flexible working between, site, home and occasional office meets.
Core Project Manager duties within your role will include;
- Holistic management of multiple project delivery outputs
- Managing staff through strong leadership
- Meeting Health & Safety regulations
- Maintaining financial performance and P&L
Your Operations Manager role will be highly varied, so if you like a challenge, possess an astute commercial awareness, understand all forms of NEC contract and programming, enjoy working as part of close team, and are looking to take a step up then this will be the role for you.
