Plumber Multi Operative

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- This role requires a customer focussed, self-motivated individual with a broad range of experience. You will be tasked with a variety of repairs; maintenance and installation works, including but not limited to
- Responsive repairs relating to all types plumbing works
- Installation of sanitary ware
- Internal drainage issues
- Occasional 1st & 2nd fix work
- Basic tiling
- Basic carpentry
- Out of hours make safe service
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager and working alongside our general works operatives, you will be required to measure and survey jobs in the first instance, work from set specifications, update job information in real time or amend incorrect job information whilst ensuring compliance of health and safety & construction design management (CDM) regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum city and guilds craft (6035) Level 2 in plumbing
- Good knowledge of tiling and drainage systems
- Punctual
- ICT Literate
- Valid UK driving licence
- Domestic Experience
