Are you a Site Agent seeking a new opportunity to work with a specialist heavy civil engineering division? I would have thought so….
Sitting on a £30M+ projects as part of the ongoing works down at Devonport Dockyard, you will be leading and supporting operational teams and ensuring that programme and delivery are at the forefront of your mind
The Role
As a Site Agent you will be reporting into the Project Manager and be responsible for the following:
- The full operational delivery through to completion and handover to the client
- To receive instruction and to issue instruction
- Ensuring records regarding health and safety and the work environment are complete, accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements.
- Liaise with the commercial team ensuring that the project is kept within budget
- Holding weekly meetings and producing monthly reports
About YOU
- Experience working on Civils projects as a Site Agent with proven technical and project management abilities
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
- SMSTS or equivalent
- Temporary Works Co-ordinator preferably
