The Company
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering “Site Agent” to join the regional team of Blue Chip main contractor.
They work across a range of civils engineering disciplines including:
- Highways and Roads
- Water Treatment
- Nuclear
- Marine and Dockyards
Their experience working on Water Frameworks is second to none with a vast amount current work on AMP 7 and multiple AMP 8 wins across the South West. With that in mind they are looking to hire an experienced “Site Agent” to join the team.
With either direct experience managing WTW projects or solid transferrable skills in main stream civil engineering, the right candidate will join a friendly happy team and enjoy the long term stability and career development that only a 10 year framework can offer.
The Role
The successful “Site Agent” will be responsible for managing existing projects ranging from £1m – £8m in value as well as planning for future works coming through from AMP 8. Working closely with both the client and supply your duties will include the following:
- Management and delivery of projects from award to handover
- Commercial and Program Management
- Team growth and Development
- Design Management
- Client liaison
- Health and Safety
The successful candidate:
We are looking for a “Site Agent” with the following skills and experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Experience with MS Project, ASTA or P6
- SMSTS and CSCS card desirable
- Stable work history
- Experience running civil engineering projects as a number one
