I am working with a maintenance contractor who are based in Cornwall to recruit a Supervisor to work within the Voids team. As Voids Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 trade operatives alongside day to day operations.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling work load for operatives
- Surveying properties and conducting site visits
- Ordering materials
- Pricing and invoicing work using schedule of rates
You will need:
- NVQ or city and guilds in relevant trade
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Be able to meet deadlines
