Its been three weeks since the team at the Goodship Girling Jones pressed the purge buttons on their desks, jumped into their escape pods and popped up in the safety of their own homes. Since then we’ve been juggling the complexities of home working with kids, partners, pets and Joe Wicks.
Its no hardship really and we’re lucky not to be on the front line. Many of our partners, friends and family are and we’re seeing first hand the toll its taking emotionally on them.
However we remain positive and our chins are up. Our daily online meetings, weekly remote beers and Friday messages from the gaffer have kept our spirits high.
Despite all of whats going on the world seems like a nicer place.
