2015 has been an very important year for everyone at Girling Jones.
Whilst the recruitment industry has seen its share of challenges, Girling Jones has risen to smash all previous records and expand the business. We launched our very popular industrial engineering desk which has gone from strength to strength.
Our record year was heralded to a close with a trip down to Cornwall, to enjoy the sights and sounds of Fistral Beach at Newquay. A few brave souls also braved the winter seas for a (very) brief but enjoyable surfing session.
Staying at the headland hotel, the team enjoyed (and took advantage of!) the Spa facilities, appearing hours later ready and revived for the evening festivities.
The evening festivities went without a hitch, with taxis booked and stomachs filled with Kangaroo (thanks Australian themed restaurant!).
2015 has brought exciting change and rapid growth, with a;
- 50% growth this year in turnover
- 50% growth this year in profit
- Team size of 20 with a plan to get to 30 in 2016
- 2016 is going to be an exciting year, with additional new team members joining us during Q1.
