A special day in the office today as Big Boy Joe Knowles hits another milestone. Joe has to eat over 17 pounds of ground beef (or equivalent in lean chuck steak) every 4-5 hours to fuel his 9 foot 4, 38 stone frame, so the classic Girling Jones Birthday “Meat and a Treat” went down very smooth. Happy Birthday big boy!!
